    TCP 1323 Options:
    Timestamps - uncheck

    Advanced Settings tab:
Max Connections per Server - 8
    Max Connections per 1.0 Server - 8
    LocalPriority - 5
    Host Priority - 6
    DNSPriority - 7
    NetbtPriority - 8
    Lan Browsing speedup - optimized
    QoS: NonBestEffortLimit - 0
    ToS: DisableUserTOSSetting - 0
    ToS: DefaultTOSValue - 0
    MaxNegativeCacheTtl - 0

I'd still go for 63888 RWIN value, a bit larger buffer won't hurt the connection.

i did the tweaks but there was no difference..reverted back to old configuration :/

what does this mean (ffs) ? ive changed computers(ram, vgas,Hard drives, etc), routers, network cables inside my home and my ping jitters between my home and my ISP. (i play multiplayers like cs, cod4, mw2..packet flow graphs in-game also show spikes)

ive ringed my ISP for weeks and they havent yet checked on the cables coming from the roads to my home. and im only one having this problem in my city as far as i know! none of my friends experience this

HELP PLEASE, few months ago when i changed my modem the problem went away for a while..BUT IT CAME BACK AGAIN LATER ON SAME DAY
