    Yes I saw the Fox one, but I don't believe that means she can't do the job. Or at least that's not how I read it. To me it all depends on how she handles a situation. If a gay client comes in and she tells them they will go to Hell then obviously that poses a problem, but if she can have a viewpoint without forcing it on her clients I don't see a problem with her being there.

    Similar case at Eastern Michigan University.

    U.S. District Judge George Steeh disagreed with her.
    “Plaintiff was not required to change her views or religious beliefs; she was required to set them aside in the counselor-client relationship — a neutral, generally applicable expectation of all counselors-to-be under the ACA (American Counseling Association) standard,” Steeh concluded.

    Exactly. There is no need for her to change her views, but they can't be a part of her work.
