    Can't ping wireless devices.

Home network all PC's in samw workgroup.

I have two wireless laptops, wireless printer and wired desktop.

Let' call the wireless laptops L1 and L2, the printer P1 and the desktop D1

    L1-IP: 192.168.0.133
    L2-IP: 192.168.0.90
    P1-IP: 192.168.0.79

    L2 is a Win7 PC, L1 is a XP machine, D1 is WIN7, P1 a Canon printer

When I ping P1 or L2 from L1 sometimes I get Request Timed Out sometimes I get Reply from 192.168.0.90: destination host unreachable

When I ping P1 or L1 from L1 sometimes I get Request Timed Out sometimes I get Reply from 192.168.0.90: destination host unreachable (this is not a typo)
When I ping P1 from L2, I get Reply from 192.168.0.90: destination host unreachable
When I ping P1 from L1, sometimes I get Request Timed Out sometimes Reply from 192.168.0.90: destination host unreachable
When I ping P1 from D1 it works.

If I connect the wirelesss laptops to the router no problems.

    Router is a Motorola 3347

What could be wrong that the wireless devices can not see each other? Is my router defective?

Firewall is disabled on both laptops.

    Appreciate the help.

    cj

    Hi,
Wireless set up ought to have security set up(WPA2 maybe?)
    Are they in order?
