So, seriously, is SG slowing down or just General Discussion?

Things are slow here but I don't go to the tech pages. So, does anyone know what the general activity level is here across the boards??

That makes sense. It's the broader categories on all the discussion sites I've seen that are slowing down somewhat.

I was wondering if the computer usage regulations at places of employment are getting really strict over the past four or five years?

I would say that the general, off topic section of many forums have taken a hit from Facebook and its ilk.

yes, that, but I've talked to people who have to stop posting anything during the day as new rules were implimented.
I'm not sure geeks would have that problem though.

Facebook is huge. I don't have an active account yet. I'm a pretty private person and I think facebook is more opened up.

Like any forum, you can select how "open" you wish to be.

I am liking fb less and less, however.
