Card Reader

I have a card reader for taking my pictures from my camera card and it worked when I was using Windows XP but after installing Windows 7 the computer won't recognise the card( drive).
It is a Vantec 11 in 1 USB 2.0 card reader.
Any ideas the driver disk don't help and there is no help at the web site.

try different usb ports? After its plugged in what does it show in device manager?

What is the model number?

Theres no need for drivers.

It should show a bunch of drives in My Computer under Removable Devices, but if not, try putting a card in the card reader.
