    broadband speeds

    Could anyone please help me

    here are the stats from my router its a netgear dg834pn hard wired to my pc and connected via an onboard ethernet port

    where the speed says 4800kbps is that at what speed its coming in at as my speed tests never go over 4000kbps

    if the speed should be at what it is coming in at how can i speed it up on my pc

    Most providers tend to give more higher since you are on dsl it could be you are at your best speed.

    With dsl it depends on how far you are from the c.o./ r.t. If you are getting 80-85% I would just leave it alone.
