Recommend a firewall ??

Hi, can anyone Recommend a firewall , i dont mind if it is free or not.

I used to use ZoneAlarm Pro, which i thought was good, but after recent problems with my internet downloads, i have had to remove this

Can anyone recommend a new firewall ?? Or do you think windows xp sp3 built in one is sufficient enough??

I use a wireless Linksys router (secured) with only neccessary ports open for my favorite games, Kaspersky Internet Security 2010, and I block some applications in Windows7 64bit.
