Exclamation Tweaking 3.6 Mbps HSDPA 3G+ connection Throttled to 384 kbps

Hi i`m using a 3G USB (yeap over mobile networks) with an unlimited package for downloads but max speed is throttled to 384 kbps

so i`m reciving a very strong signal @ home and dial up connects at 3.6 Mbps (you can tell from the very low pings) but my top download is just limited

so i was wondering what kind of tweaking i can use with that connection?? for better latencies while playing online (yeap modem needs to be stationery else i get too much jitter)

    any good ideas ?

Hi, Trogers ! i`m from Egypt.

andAkbarri thanks for the data i`ll use them but i want to ask about something, i`m using a proxy to reduce my pings to gaming servers and its realy effective (-50% latency roughly! )

And i heard of a Famous regsitry tweak to also optmize ping times in online games its decreasing TCP Acknoledgement Interval from 2 to 1

so my question is this good along with playing with TCP optimizer stats?

i have done this on my pc currently :

    1- using proxy speedup
2-TcpAck interval change from 2 to 1 (which alone gave good results)
3- tcp optimizer settings...(posted by Akbarri i added manually in TCp optimizer, not the 384 kbps or the 3.5 mbps )

thanks in advance for any help =)
