Post Deconstructing: The grisly demise of 'Tressel Ball'

I pretty much agree with their assessment of Tressel ball. It's unfortunate that Pryor is stuck in a system that won't fully utilize his talents.

Decent article. There was something on ESPN.com this morning that said Tressel will not stop calling the plays.

Fine by me. As long as he is calling the plays unless he has a drastic change of heart then Ohio State will never properly utilize Pryor's amazing talents. By comparison RRod seems to be opening up the playbook for Forcier and we are seeing a kid who after 2 games already has shown more of a grasp both throwing and running the ball then TP has in 15+ games under Tressel.

I think tressel is a great head coach. But he sure is a terrible offensive coordinator.

If the buckeyes had a good coordinator and tressel let him handle his business that would be nice.

Part of me is suprised that Pryor went to OSU since Tressel for the most part runs a fairly conservative offense.
