I saw that you suggest setting the Tcp1323Opts parameter in Windows 98/SE, but according to this KB article: http://support.microsoft.com/support.../Q239/7/05.ASP That parameter is meaningless unless you also update VTCP.386. You have that file available in the files section, so only a little notice in the tweaking guide that this patch is _required_ would suffice.
