Turn off DHCP on D-Link WBR-1310

How can I turn off DHCP on the D-Link WBR-1310?
What IP address do I have to go to in Firefox to set that up?

Use the 'gateway' IP address that your PC is getting. This would
normally be the router's IP address, if it is the true Internet access
    gateway device.
