Securing D-link router (someone stealing internet from me)

Hi, recently my internet has been going on and off. When i logged onto my router i found that in the logs someone was stealing my internet.

My wireless internet says it's not secure, so that's the problem i think. How would i go about making this secure?

i'm also noticing new things in the router, like under applications, firewalls, and such.

I would reset the router to factory defaults.
Then change your wireless SSID to something new, different, unique.
Enable the highest security mode that your wireless card uses, hopefully at least WPA, if not WPA2. Now setup the wireless card on your computer to log onto that.
Change your routers web management admin password.

*note..if you're not using your wireless at all...just disable it.
