    McCain "Obama you are naive"

    Obama "Whatever McBush"

Was a wash, hopefully the next one will be better. The Biden/Palin debate should be a hoot next week.

He did a lot better than I thought he would. Obama was agreeing with him left and right.

    what debate did you watch?

He didn't solve anything but the policies he's suggesting are pretty much the same of the Roosevlet era and the Clinton era.

I'd say those seem pretty much stable compared to corporate socialism we've seen since Bush took office.

You by chance didn't take a bias in with you did you? What are the news pundits saying? They don't echo that at all.

Maybe hes referring to mccain suspending his campaign until the economic situation was better.

The typical waste of good TV channels. I tried to stomach it for about 20 minutes, before realzing scrubbing my kitchen floor with a Q-tip would be more tolerable.

The usual reruns of what debates are
    *Empty promises
*One says his plan will do this
*The other tries to say the first ones past record proves otherwise
*The first one says no you're wrong
*The second one says no...you're wrong
*The first one goes back to trying to illustrate opponents past voting record
*The other one just stands there and says "no you're wrong"
*The buzzword of the hour..."Fundamental"..is injected into every sentence possible
*They each stand there shaking their heads as they try to prove the other ones lies are wrong....but never get to the "prove" part.

I tried to maintain interest via finding humor in counting how many stutters Obama would begin a sentence with, but it wasn't enough...almost 20 minutes into it..had to reach for the remote.

I was joking due to him saying he wasn't going so he could "fix the financial crisis" instead.

No, I'm not a fan of either one of them. I was just pointing out the fact that Obama was agreeing with McCain way too much. He had plenty of chances to pounce on him and he didn't. I thought that Obama would go in there and wipe the floor with McCain, but he didn't even come close. It was a tie for me.

My major concern with McCain is his VP pick.

I have watched half of it so far and up to that point I would agree there has been no clear winner. I will be watching the rest here later. I also agree that Obama could have stuck it harder to McCain, but seemed to blow that opportunity. I will watch the rest here soon.
