Any news on the first run of the Super Collider?

I know it goes on-line today.... but haven't heard anything. Did they bring it up to 100%?

Everything's fine, except for the time distortion rift that opened up and allowed a jet engine from a week in the future come crashing through...

Well, on the bright side if they were to annihilate matter and anti-matter, we probably wouldn't feel a thing, we'd all be blown to bits very quickly, we wouldn't feel any pain.

They're just testing it with beams in one direction, I guess some time will have to pass before they start analyzing real collisions.

Every normal man must be tempted at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats.
I often wonder if the voices in my head ever get frustrated because I'm just too damn lazy to climb that clock tower.

Apparently, the LHC is being prepared for high energy particle collisions, but the tests won't take place for at least a month or two. The exciting stuff is yet to come.
