Meh, I guess it could be cool. It is another example of how much Live Pwns!!![]()
Microsoft's John Schappert took the stage today at Microsoft's E3 2008 press conference to reveal the new face of Xbox Live. Coming this Fall, your gamer tag will now be linked to an avatar, designed by the folks at Rare, who will then be customizable with any of thousands of pieces of clothing, accessories, etc., all available via Xbox Live Marketplace. What a surprise!
The avatars, much like Miis, will be playable in many upcoming Microsoft games, including Uno on Xbox Live and the new Scene-It!: Box Office Smash.
There's also a new community channel called Live Party, where you can add up to 8 friends to chat and share content, such as photos.

No one is going to mention the biggest 360 shocker from E3? Squeenix is moving FFXIII to the 360, even though the FF titles have been a Sony exclusive for over a decade.
yea, that was pretty big, just didnt seem like much a shock, since everyone is money hungry it was just a matter of time.
plus xbox360 had Final Fantasy XI
That wasn't much more that porting, really, with FFXI. Aside from that, it's an MMO, so that kind of makes it the bastard child FF (after Crystal Chronicles for GCN). I do know that FFXIII is looking very pretty!
What's even better is that one of the announcements was that S-E is remaking FFVII:AC, not the game. All the fanboys are crying so hard right now.)
