you sir fit in this category:

The college football team fans love to hate? The discussion used to begin and end in South Bend. But Notre Dame's drop in the polls also has caused the Irish to drop in my rankings that are topped by college football's Public Enemy No. 1.

Many college football fans are hoping they don't have to watch the Buckeyes lose in the BCS championship game again. Most of those same fans only wish their teams had gotten there the last two seasons.

Shoot LSU plays in mud compared to USC. USC dominates the SEC conference.

Regardless USC has never laid an egg in even 1 game like Ohio State has done. In fact USC has never lost by double digits since PC has been at USC so yeah I can handle one upset against a team who knows USC pretty well. That's alot better then getting the crap kicked out of you 2 years in a row in a title game.

    from previous post/quote:

It's not like Ohio State got waxed in two straight Poinsettia Bowls.

It's not like the Buckeyes have been pummeled by Vanderbilt and Kentucky.

The team lost two straight national championship games (let that sink in for a moment) to teams that would've beaten at least 115 other teams in a BCS Championship game. Yes, it really is possible Ohio State was very good and just plain lost two really big games.

Happens ... hopefully not again though or i will have to have a talk with tres.

Going to 2 consecutive title games is impressive. USC did it three times in a row and was fortunate to win 2 of those. Regardless of me teasing you I respect the OSU program.

Michigan was on that list too. Your high if you think I am jealous of OSU.

I personally have no jealousy about Ohio State and why would I? Although Michigan hasn't been up to par they still played better against Florida and well USC has done more this decade then any team in college football with Ohio State arguably a not to far away 2nd.

I think it is in a way...Most of those teams dominate the headlines because of their current acheivements or storied pasts. Its hard to think of college football and not think of the teams listed. Out of the 10 teams listed only Tennessee and Florida really lack the "old time" football glory.

Washington, O'Neal will sit out first two games of season

Ohio State defensive backs Donald Washington and Jamario O'Neal have been suspended for the first two games of the season, the players told reporters Thursday at media day.

Multiple news outlets reported Thursday night that the players confirmed their suspensions but did not elaborate on the reason for punishment. There has been no official announcement from the team.

Washington is a starting cornerback for the Buckeyes. O'Neal is a reserve at strong safety. The two will miss games against Youngstown State and Ohio before being allowed to return Sept. 13 at USC.

Both players were held out of portions of spring practice for undisclosed reasons. Ohio State coach Jim Tressel said only that they needed to "earn their car keys back."

The Buckeyes secondary is already without Eugene Clifford, who transferred shortly after an assault arrest, and James Scott, who is not participating in training camp.

Washington has made 22 career starts, including all 13 games last year. He has 80 career tackles and an interception. Sophomore Chimdi Chekwa, listed ahead of Washington on the preseason depth chart, likely will start in his place against Youngstown State and Ohio.

    OSU = Overrated

USC will stomp that ass....with a backup QB.

I predict OSU will lose at least 2 games this year regular season.
