Question Allocating Memory to the NIC

I once read somewhere that you can set a chunk of memory specificly for your NIC. Can you? And how would you go about doing it? Now I don't mean adding anything to your system.ini file(that's doesn't do crap). I mean going into network settings and actually allocating memory. Just Curious. Always trying to tweak this damn thing just a little more.

    Thanks,

Well, the system.ini tweak does allocate memory to the nic card. I don't know about doing it through the network control pannel though.
