bell sympatico users help please

Hi I have bell sympatico speedstream 5200.

And on sites like www.sendspace.com or rapidshare.com my upload speed is 80kbs and my download speed is about 520kbs...


is this right? why is my upload speed so much slower then my download speed?

any ways I can change this ? its bin like this since I got it years ago.


I need a faster upload speed this is retarded.
