    Just got BellSouth "Fast Access" ADSL

    Not too bad at all.. getting over what the cap should be..
    both upload and download speeds.

    Depends on what tier plan..
    I went with the 1.5MB / 256KBs because I did not know
    how the "lines" were down here..
    I'm getting a little bit over 2MB / 367KBs
    The fastest that they offer, is 6 MB down.. not sure about upload..
    So I might be getting that in the near future.
    Time Warner cable kind is slower then Comcast, No speedboost,
    and the same download speed max.

    I've had AT&T (bellsouth) dsl for a while now...I could not be happier with it.
