att yahoo dsl issues while connected to linksys router/xbox360

Speeds are way too slow for the connection i am paying for..and i sometimes get lag on xbox live. All router settings appear to be correct...but internet speed is just too slow.

speedtesting my modem got me these results here:
    326 kbps down (~0.33 Mbps, 40 KB/s) ↓
    310 kbps up (~0.31 Mbps, 38 KB/s) ↑
    Details:

1024 KB downloaded in 25.719 seconds
100 KB uploaded in 2.64 seconds
Speed @ 17% of the average for dsl.wcfltx.swbell.net
6 times faster than 56k dialup
    Tested on: 2008.03.21 16:40 EDT

    Location: Plano, TX, US

Router is a Linksys BEFSR41 Wired Router with xbox 360 and 1 pc connected to it.

The analyzer gave me these results:

Try thease in the opmizer not sure if you will see a change though in speed. If you have the means ,and close to the central office see if you can upgrade it to the next package it's only 6bucks difference. If you are pretty far from the central office that upgrade might not help
