Question Windows 7 window scaling heuristics, how to set per profile?

First, i'm trying to set autotuning/window scaling to "experimental", but always when checking the status it only shows "normal"?

    netsh interface tcp>set global autotuning=experimental

    netsh interface tcp>show global
    Querying active state...

    TCP Global Parameters
    Receive-Side Scaling State : enabled
    Chimney Offload State : enabled
    NetDMA State : enabled
Direct Cache Acess (DCA) : enabled
Receive Window Auto-Tuning Level : normal
Add-On Congestion Control Provider : ctcp
    ECN Capability : enabled
    RFC 1323 Timestamps : enabled
** The above autotuninglevel setting is the result of Windows Scaling heuristics
overriding any local/policy configuration on at least one profile.

And second, how to apply the proper heuristics setting for the correct profile? I believe the profiles correspond to "network locations" as in public, domain, private/home, but i am connected to my home network now, yet i'm unable to change the setting for "private" -- and i'm not happy with that "restricted" there:

    netsh interface tcp>set heuristics enabled

    netsh interface tcp>set heuristics wsh=enabled

    netsh interface tcp>show heuristics
    TCP Window Scaling heuristics Parameters
    Window Scaling heuristics : enabled
    Qualifying Destination Threshold : 3
    Profile type unknown : normal
    Profile type public : restricted
    Profile type private : restricted
    Profile type domain : normal

Especially this latter heuristics per profile thing is something i cannot find anything on google.

Why don't you disable heuristics, otherwise Windows would change the autotuning level for you ?
