    Unhappy Internet Connection Sharing Refused

    Hi Experts!
    Hear is my situation ...
I have 5 IP, each has 512 kbps limitation based on IP-base Bandwidth Throttling. My machines stand on a WAN. I can use each IP on a machine, but I want use at least two IP on specific machine to increase bandwidth in order to P2P connections.
I tried to using Microsoft ICS with two ethernet cards and two different IPs on system but only one of them is working and the other one is Refusing.
anyone know what I must do? any help would be strongly appreciated!
