    Hell of a deal, but:

    1) There is no way to reach them by phone, and no web site with flight status info.

    2) They use very plane they own full-time. If one does not come out of maintenance as scheduled you are stuck. They have no agreements with other airlines to accept their tickets.

    3) They fly into our-of-the-way airports, usually locations with little or no alternative airlines.

    4) They have no connecting flights - you have to buy a ticket for each leg.

As a result, if your flight is cancelled your only choice is to buy a full-fare ticket on another airline operating from another airport or wait up to several days for a Skybus flight.
