    Unhappy Need help with overclocking

    Hey. if youve come here, i hope you can help.
    i am totally stupid with computers when it comes to overclocking. i havent the slightest damned(can i say that in the forums?) clue how to do this. my cpu is already past warranty, and i just want to overclock it up from its 677 to some thing better. And if possible to overclock ram. thanks for any support.

    just something a little off toppic...
    how do you get animations working ? ive seen some and was just wondering

    oh yeah, i forgot to mention the computer specs. its an intel iii 677 64 ram and 10 gig hard drive. i hope this helps

    i dont konw how to do this, but to get the biggest increase in speed, get more ram. I did and u will notice the diffrence. 128 mb stick, around 30$$

    yeah dude u need like 128 or 256 megs of ram these days, but anyway,

    What spped is the bus, 100mhz or 133mhz

    What kinda cooling do u have, What brand PC, if not home built, what motherboard, and finally how much money do u wanna put in, any questions, just post again and i'll get more detailed on the information.

    it's not a gateway or dell or something is it? if it is you probably can't overclock without a new motherboard.

    Is it a brand name machine? Or u built it urself?
    1) If it's a IBM, Dell or whatever, there's a BIG chance that you won't be able to Overclock it
    2) If you built the computer yourself, we might like to have some more info on it
