I played for a bit last night. When I paid for school it said something like 5 days. Is that real time or some pirate time?
Also I'm not going to pay any real money for anything, I not going to pay them to get hooked on pirate crack.

Yes real time, server time is listed at the top.
How do you access the Attributes, Battle, and Crime tabs next to the Health tabs on the Home page? Every time I click on the tabs it say's I need to log in, but I am already logged in.

I got 24 pts from voting and sold 20 of them for 220k each. Then gave 4pts to the gang.
I took the money and bought a scooner, small flat and left the rest in the bank.
I think I understand the game except for the boat...what can I do with it other than go port to port?
if you have a boat, the only way to get at you is if the other person has a boat. I couldn't attack you right now because I don't have a boat. At least that's my understanding so far. been trying to read the forums there during my hospital stays

I want to equip myself but do you lose the items you equip once you lose? Or should you equip stuff and just keep upgrading it as you come across better stuff?
you don't lose it when you get attacked. when you win you gain experience and some of their money. but yeah, just keep upgrading as you go.

You wont lose your equipment when you lose a fight. Trust me I have gotten my ass handed to me several times and have not lost my weapons.

get a house, then a job then school worry about items later.
