    1792 Trouble Slow/Fast/Slow/Fast

I've had 1792/160 DSL for 2 years now, for the first year it was consistantly quick. The second year has been on and off. I brought my Colt 250+ DSL meter home to test the line and got great results with a MaxBtr of 6.5Mbps, low attn, great noise, etc. I wired up a home/splitter run to the DSL jack and bumped it to 7.5 Mbps max.

70% of the time it's slower than 56k, and sometimes just wont load pages. The rest of the time it loads like it should. I'm running Win2k, and all i've done so far is run ad-aware Current modem is the Westell 2200, I tried using a 327W from work with no luck

    Transceiver Revision:
    Vendor ID Code: 4
    Line Mode: G.DMT Mode
    Data Path: Fast
Transceiver Information Down Stream Path Up Stream Path
    DSL Speed (Kbits/Sec) 1792 160
    Margin (dB) 22.0 30.0
    Line Attenuation (dB) 27.5 13.0
    Transmit Power (dBm) 3.3 0.7

    Any ideas?

I'll post the TCP Optimizer results as soon as I get it to load
