Of course you do .... Why do you think I push the Army Guard so much

I know you want Navy and I respect that by all means. I am just glad to see that you are rejoining the service. I respect anyone who serves no matter what or for how long. As long as they left on good terms.

It is even better to see them come back after they have left for a while.

Maybe one day I will dawn some brass and stop by, just to get a laugh and a salute out of ya But, for now I am gonna stay enlisted and see how it works out. I have a few years before I have to decide if I wanna become an officer or not Don't forget, I am a little younger than you are

awesome. My plans may seem a little high to some. But, I plan to be in line for my E8 by the time I reach 28. I turn 25 in a few weeks and I will be back shortly after. At which point I plan to be pinned 6. Then, finish of my NCOES and get my E7 as soon as I serve my time in grade.

I am slotted E6 now. Just got to be able to take a PT test for em since they don't have a recent enough one on record. But, that is hard to do on weekdays. So, first chance I get after I return I am gonna do it rain or shine.

My goal was to retire as an E8 if I am enlisted and E7 was a personal requirement before I accept a commission. Then if go officer to acquire O4 at minimum. I am eligible for a direct commission if I want it so, I have all the bases covered there

Who knows though maybe I will never get there. I don't think it will happen that way though

Where does that leave me? On the other side of the street being avoided... because you don't want to salute?

*crocodile tears and pushes out big lower lip*

[I went in enlisted if that counts]
