    If you can please help me slow download speed and connection

    if you have the time please help me out with speeding my internet connection a little bit, i am paying for a 1mb internet connection and im getting this:



    im not sure if thats what im supposed to be getting but if you can help me please heres the TCP/IP analyzer information given to me:

    High latency, and from SBC, ouch, they're horrible to deal with on the phone.

    that wouldn't stop me from switching...but as YOS said "HIGH LATENCY".

    So because she works for SBC you're not gonna call up and complain about poor service and unacceptable latency?

    no im just not the type of guy that can do that, its my conscious that stops me from complaining. Is there no other way to get lower latency?

    Cancel and try a new ISP...

    You dont have to phrase it as a complaint, but as a request from them to help you.

    Its customer service, let them service you. Tweaks will not fix latency issues.

    EDIT: If you want change your MTU to 63888.

    I think you meant changing TCP Window to 63888, not MTU.

    LOL, that would be one hell of a large packet over the MTU... Ethernet would have one hell of a time with that setting...
