    New Modem...Slow Speeds

My previous modem was a Toshiba PCX1100U, I've had it for a over 5 years now and it was starting to act up; turning itself off, pages timing out, excessive lag on Xbox Live on my Xbox 360, and lag on PC games as well.

I got a new one yesterday it's a Linksys befcmu10, it's been working great for gaming on my computer and on my 360, I haven't lagged at all. However, my pages are taking a really long time to load up, I can load videos like on youtube, but it takes a really long time for the whole thing to load, pictures take a long time to load as well. When I was installing it the instructions said that I should have to call my ISP, who is Insight Communications, to activate it's MAC address or something, but I didn't because it was working great at the beginning.

I tested my speed on speakeasy.com after doing virus/adware/spyware scans and here's what I got. My speed with my old modem was around 6000 kbps D/L and 1200 kbps U/L ( payed for is 8 megs I believe ).

    Last Result:
Download Speed: 147 kbps (18.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 117 kbps (14.6 KB/sec transfer rate)

    Here's my TCP Analyzer

I don't understand why my internet is working great on my 360, and god awful on webpages, do you all think I need to activate that MAC address and that'll fix everything, which is what I'm going to do on Monday. Is my Xbox hogging all of my bandwidth or what?
