    Bad heart

So I got a job at a company called Centrex as a truck driver helper unloading cases of beer and alcohol, 11.75/hr union OT after 8 hours 5 days a week 12 hour shifts, went for my drug test and physical test today. Passed the drug test (stopped smoking pot 2 years ago).
Now before I do the stress test (treadmill, weights and junk) they do the standard eye's ears mouth breathing and listen to the heart garbage. I FAILED! They said my hears is being all out of wack really bad. Hook me up to an EKG, Results are not good. Women came right out and said she's surprised I haven’t had a heart attack yet, I’m 22 damn it so I lost the job, need to go get another EKG and a cardiograph so yea, now I'm stuck at dunking making 7.75 an hour

here's my EKG, I don’t know how to read it, but they said each line should have a pattern, and there is none lol, I lost my health when I got fired from CEC, no idea how I am supposed to do this, Also said I should quit smoking, no more drinking and no more coffee imam be one cranky dude

::edit:: just realized my social was on those things

I dunno if this helps, but this is what wiki calls a normal EKG diagram:

It does look a lot more regular than yours, but hey, I'm a complete noob when it come to issues such as this, so I can't really say anything.

Reading an EKG is an art. My father (who is a doctor) says that you should make sure that a doctor who is very experienced at reading the EKG do the interpretation. He/she can then advise your primary doctor as to a course of action.

The best thing to do is start taking care of it NOW. See a doctor. You'll feel better that you did.

    Good Luck.

    Hi morbidpete

Sorry to hear of your heart trouble.

Your doing the right thing by seeing a Doctor immediately. Hopefully he will refer you to a Heart Specialist and a thorough exam is done.

Quit smoking Now! Your heart will thank you for it. Tough, but worth it.

    Good luck

Seeing what I'm seeing, you don't need to be doing any excerise or anything strenuous until after you've consulted with a Cardiologist. Not trying to scare you, but it looks like your in trouble. You need to be calling the Cardiologist first thing in the morning. Don't wait.

Any history of heart problems in the family? Do you know your cholesterol count? How is the blood pressure?

A stress test (I hate those things) will tell the doctor volumes about the condition of your heart.

Found this link on CNN today.

Sorry to hear that Pete.. but hey now you "know" you have a heart problem of some sort. The doctors should be able to tell you whats up.
    Hang in there.

Man - I'm sorry to hear that. I'll pray for ya bro. Get a second opinion, go straight to a cardiologist.

    Good Luck.
