you get a certain amount to give out per 24 hours. but you also have to spread it around. not the same person to close together

o.O I gave tons of people tons of rep the other day.. it said I reached my limit for 24 hours.. and yeah.. i gave him rep yesterday morning.. and that was it.. it wont even let me give rivas or you rep.. blah.. oh well.. i guess i can wait another day to give rep.. hehe...
