same here ... the side bar was "interesting" to look at for about 5 minutes ... then it all had to go

I take it that you guys are not getting Vista any time soon.. if you don't like happy widget things like this.

Remember.. you make Billy G sad.. if you don't buy Vista right away

Oh I have it....received our Microsoft Action Pack update last week...built a rig at the office to dork around with it and have it on our office network...and I'll probably run another rig at home with it. But...I'm not upgrading my primary workstation at home, or my primary gaming rig at home, and none of my laptops..they'll all stay on XP Pro for a while longer.

    Reasons?
*No matter what the horsepower of your rig..there's a slight slowdown
*Still no 100% compatibility with all applications that are happy on XP
*Still no 100% driver support yet.

Other than standing up on a soapbox to say "Hey...I'm running Vista"...there's no advantage for me yet.

I 100% agree.. I thought the xp vs Vista comparatives over at Tom's Hardware site was interesting.. not just in the speed difference between the two O.S., but 3rd party software incompatibly. The only main reason that I'll get it is just to be familiar with it for my job. So I'll be ready to help my customers and associates.
    That's about it..
I was happy that M$ extended the support for Windows XP Home.. I just wish that M$ would make SP3 that they said they were going to do last year..
I'm still winging around with FC 6 and Ubuntu Linux still..
