    Which country are you in? What speed did you pay your ISP to give you?

    Do the TCP Analyzer and post the report.

    Sorry, i dont know how to run this program? (speedtest.net) I have already chosen quezon city as a server, whats the next thing i could do?

    Do a tracert to www.yahoo.com and post.

    To do a tracert, click 'Start' and then 'Run'. Type "cmd" into the box and click 'ok'.

    A DOS black screen will appear. Type after the C:\>

    tracert www.yahoo.com

    and press enter key

    When test is completed, move mouse cusor to the DOS black screen, click right and choose 'select all'.

    Move mouse cursor to the Quick Reply box of this forum, click right and 'paste'.

    If you do not have any background programs running during the tracert, you may have some spyware/malware in your comp.

    Download and update Spybot and lavasoft Ad-Aware. You can search Google for them.

    Then, reboot comp and during booting, press F5 and go to Windows 'Safe Mode' and use these 2 programs to scan and remove all spyware/malware.
