CoD3. 360 vs Wii vs PS3

im not much into console'ing, but saw this vid clip and found it a good comparison graphics-wise. or at least with the given title.

looks like the XBOX 360 has the graphics edge atm. of course this may change as time allows programmers to take better advantage of each platform's capabilities through better coding.

right now the 360 has the edge, it may stay that way for a while, from what ive read every mutli console game is being programed for 360 (easiest) and ported to the others. Now the ps3 only games might kick the 360s butt in a couple years....

The WII looks like garbage. Barely better than xbox1....

Yes it does, but do you remember old xbox ps2 days? The games were always looking better on xbox, the only disadvantage what xbox had was, not enough games.
Now 360 got both advantages, it's just up to the programmers how the games are going to look.

Not always. In many cases, games were made for the PS2, and simply ported over to the XBOX later. Sure, they may have looked a little sharper or loaded a little faster, but that was about it.

It was quite easy to see which AAA multi-platform titles were developed from the ground up for PC or XBOX as opposed to the PS2 (Splinter Cell is a great example of this), and which ones were slightly enhanced ports (such as Grand Theft Auto).

Which is to be expected. Nobody should be buying a Wii for its graphics capabilities...

That's why it is the cheapest console out in the market it's the slowest of all consoles and has the cheapest graphics of all consoles (next gen) their goal was to simply just make it cheap but yet something that'd people would want to play games on it.. although I think the whole idea was to mainly get developers who were making games for microsoft and sony and weren't making anything for nintendo to actually start making games that were more adult friendly for nintendo..
