    2 week notice

All written up. God I hate my job.

problem is finding anything else in this area that'll pay near what I make now. Until I do I have to stay where I'm at so I can make my mortage payments. Part of me wants to take the risk and just assume I'll find something but I don't want to risk my credit or my house.

If you posted this at work you know your boss is probably reading this. I don't mean Trinis mom when I say boss either

Things could be worse. Take one day at a time, do the job you are being paid to do now, and polish up the resume.

    You will be okay.

    Hi Humboldt

Hang in there and start resume mailing. Too much to lose by quitting without a fallback. I know the feelings your going through. Tough one.

    Good Luck

    Hi Humboldt

Life is a way too short to work at a job that bothers you. If you hate getting up to go to work in the morning, then find something else. Money isn't everything, in fact it is quite far down the list. Health and happiness are a lot more important.

Talk to your creditors, let them know you may not be able to make a couple of payments, but you can pay the interest. Maybe get the payment schedule changed so you don't need to make as much money for awhile.

Every time I left one job for another it has been a better move. There is lots of work out there, you shouldn't have too much trouble finding another job.

Remember, you have to be happy before you can make anyone else happy.

    Lots of luck

I am saving up to qwit my job so the mortgage pymts wont hurts etc... every time i get pissed off I sweeten the pot so when the day comes I can sort the situations and hopefully resolve with confidence

I was going to post a link to that thread, but the SG search results for "bullsh|t" were too numerous

sometimes you have to think outside the box to get inside the box .
