    I don't why I found that amusing, but I did.

    Ya, but in its fairness that thread came much later than the forums.

    Still amusing though.

    Each WU has 100 steps

    Once you complete a WU(work unit) and send it back to stanford, should be on within an update or 2 of that time.

    If its the p1480_dppc_chol then ya, thats the only 500 frame one, theres a few 400s too, thought they were all done.

    But as soon as its done and sent back thats when you'll pop up there.

    Heres a list of the different projects:

    Hmmm...

    You mean 14,000 of 500,000?

    The frames are labeled like this:

    <1>
    <2>
    <3>
    <4>
    ...
    <100>

    As soon as the first WU is finished (500 frames) and sent to Stanford, you will get on the stats page with the next update.

    Many people used to just sign up to post comments, or use the speed test/security scan on the main site... I've cleaned up some 20k old inactive users with 0 posts. The speed test is now public, but there are still other perks for registering.

    And yes, it's sill amusing

    I'm at work right now. Can I go home and download it under the same name and have 2 going at once?

    Yes. They'll work on different Work Units, but you can run as many clients as you want under the same name.
