    Problems with NERO

My NERO just quit working for burning CD's. I was trying to make an audio CD and it starts the process, then about 6% it just says "Burn Process Failed at 32X". My version is 6.3.0.0. I made a bunch of coasters today.

I was able to finally burn the audio CD using Roxio. Also the same drive works fine burning DVD's using CloneDVD. So I know the drive is good.

Also, I uninstalled NERO, ran CrapCleaner, rebooted, then reinstalled NERO, same errors.

Below is the log file from one of the failed attempts. If anyone can help with this problem, I would appreciate it.

    Anybody? Any ideas?

I'd really like to get NERO working properly again.

    http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/enu/ASPI_Driver.html

DL the wnaspi.dll and put it in the Nero's Core folder.

You can also try uninstalling Nero, then running the Nero General Clean Tool, then reinstall Nero.

YOS, the NERO Core Folder, is that C:\Program Files\Ahead\NERO ?

There is already a file by that name in that folder. Should I replace it with the one you said I should download?

A while ago, I loaded FORCE ASPI on my computer, due to an issue I was having with a different program. BUT, I am sure I was still able to burn CD's after that. This other problem just started last week.

Any other NERO Diags? I still have the NERO CHECK loading/running in MSCONFIG, but that doesn't seem to report any problem.

Turned out the Buffer Underrun Protection was somehow turned off, that seemed to be the problem. Thanks all.
