    Wow!

Yeah, that cutoff at the end looked like it was to be a painful one.

That was Fedor on the bottom. He ended up winning the fight. Pretty amazing.

Ya, Fedor is unstopable, you gotta break his arm early in the fight if you want a real chance at winning.

Kinda looks like Pride rules are similar to UFC rules now, both going more pansyish

Prey..... look up K-1 if you haven't seen it yet either.

    It's a lot more stand-up.

I'm with you on that. Hearing about that fight was the best thing about the last UFC. I want UFC fans to see that there are other good fighters in the world, it seemed like nobody knew who Wanderlei was when they announced it.

I'm pretty into the whole MMA scene. I've been training for 7 months now. Not going to compete but it's just fun to train.

I prefer pride more cos it's more entertaining with the japanese fighters. Plus the audience in the stadium seem to be more knowledgable than ufc crowd in general.

Here is the fight where Fedor Emelianenko got dropped on his head by Randleman. Looks more brutal in slow motion and from different angles.

Pretty impressive...Fedor wasn't even phased...looks like he got his shoulder down in time to absorb some of the slam.

Great video, thanks for posting it. Those commentators went crazy when Randleman dropped him. I'm looking forward to the open weight grand prix.

I'd say Pride fighters for the most part are more talented than UFC fighters.

And I heard some Pride fighters are switching over to UFC to pwn it up. Is that true?

Half. They aren't going to pwn it up. They have beat their own fighters enough times and they need new challanges. Just like some figthers in the UFC at the moment.

Silva is going to get a shot at Franklin
Wanderlei will hopefully get a shot at the Ice Man
    Dunno anything about Fujita.

If isn't the first time UFC and Pride have a had a cross over.

Also not all Pride fighters have had stellar proformances crossing over...some have a problem dealing with the cage which allows for much better pound and grounding.

good thread about Pride Vs UFC here:
