Unhappy Help removing the new Windows Defender

Ok, maybe I'm just having a brain cramp but I can't seem to find where or how to remove this from my computer?

I'm starting to regret it myself. I have disabled the service. I know I can probably go in and surgically remove it but I thought there's got to be an easier way ???
