    Trouble sending results.

Pretty sure it's a firewall issue, as I recently un-installed ZA and am trying Agnitum.

I have winfah.exe listed as a trusted app but am still not able to return results yet, and do not have anything popping up asking for permission to access the internet.

    Any ideas? Thanks

Sorry, Humbolt, no Idea. Have you tried to shutdown Agnitum and see if the results send?

Have you checked the server status itself? It may not be you..there are several right now that are either down , fail, or in reject status. Check your log to see which server it is trying to connect to...and take a peek here. Hope this helps! Just another area to check.

Did you rename the client to winfah.exe?

The client originally comes as FAH504-Console.exe depending on the version your using.

I'm fighting almost the same problem myself on a couple of pc's. I just upgraded McAfee to the SecurityCenter which includes VirusScan, Personal Firewall, Privacy Service and SpanKiller.

The Privacy Service seems to not want to let FAH504-Console send or get new work and right now I'm turning it off to allow them to send and receive. Sure it's just a matter of reconfiguring, but haven't dug into to them enough yet to get them fixed.

Thanks for the tips. I can receive new wu's fine, just can't send any results. Have checked the server stats and nothing seems to be down. Will check again now.

    Thanks again.

    damn, I have 5 wu's I can't send back.

Will try turning off the firewall again but I HATE doing that.

Will the old log.txt tell me the names of the wu's that are being kept in queue so I can check the server that's assigned to them?

Was about to try this and noticed it had just sent out the results for 6 wu's just fine, one after another. First time in about 3 weeks

Thanks for the tip though, I'm sure it'll come in handy sometime.
