    HP Laserjet 4000 question

Is there a way to make it alternate between trays after each print job?

Looking but haven't yet found anything. Why do you want this kind of behavior from your printer?

    Sir.

This printer has two trays. Paper is constantly being pulled from tray three and rarely taken from tray two.

I believe it's wearing out the rollers faster. But in all honesty why should I care? It's the workplace printer.

Then leave tray three empty and force it to use the other.

Thats the only way I know...

Or you can go into the options panel and tell it to use tray 3 as the first tray.

If it's the workplace printer, the worse that can happen is you will be putting a roller kit in it soon. Wont cost YOU a dime. Just your company .

Is that on the printer itself or under control panel >> Printers in windows?
