    L@@king for free imaging software and data recovery software, any suggestions?

    For the imaging software.. I have heard some software called ?Acronis? kind like on the same lines as like Norton Ghost but is it really free?

    I'm also looking for data recovery software as well (that's kind of similar to OnTrack).. if any exist..
    Any suggestions?

    Acronis is not free.
    All decent free imaging apps are commandline only.
    Most free gui imaging apps don't have image compression.

    Acronis true image and get data back, not free though.
