yikes your getting packet loss and all kinds of bad crap

normally i would say the place you are pinging has stopped ICMP packets from being sent causing a time out, but in your case I'd say your ISP has some problems

Email them lots of tracerts to prove that you are having problems and tell them to fix it!

Does this happen when you ping your gateway or DNS servers?

glc1 - Yes, I get request timed out when I ping my DNS and DHCP and gateway.

Brent - I did call tech support. If you know Adelphia, they are worthless. I was on hold for an hour last night and they did not have me do anything. They said a tech would come over today. I took the afternoon off work and they did not show up in their 2 hour time frame.

I just want a decend Web connection...

Any more assistance would be appreciated...

Start bitchin to your provider and don't let up 'til they take corrective action.
