Thumbs up Thanks to this guy.....

I was given a Brother Fax by a friend but it didn't work too well, well, at all really. Only minor issues like paper feed and printing. lol
Did some searching and found some info posted by a guy from Cooper's Office Equipment in Layton, Utah about a reset sheet for the fax that would reset the drum counter to zero.
I emailed him to see if I could make a sheet and run it through and he said no but he would mail one to me. I suggested this sheet would be available locally but he insisted and the sheet, with colour instructions and guide arrived yesterday.

So, Curtis from Cooper's Office Equipment, a big thanks . Once the other problems are sorted with a minor service, the unit will be up and running.

Just thought I'd share that here.

It's just a clear plastic sheet like an OHP sheet around 1/3rd the length of an A4 page with a sawtooth like top and a square hole about 1/2 way down.
It's inserted into the drum, lined up with the guides and you run it through the machine. It 'fools' the counter into believing the drum has been replaced and you are good to go for another 20,000 copies/faxes.
At around $400-00 here for a new print drum, it's worth the effort to get one. The ink is about $25-00 per cartridge.
