Yeah, but it is not even close to that other stuff. I do it on occassion for a little fun and exercise. We are more technical and not into chairs and all that other stuff most of the time. ... which means 99% of moves don't hurt since we don't do anything too crazy, but there is an injury once in a while, like a pulled muscle, a bruise, etc... nothing major yet and we have been doing it quite a while.
