Thumbs down Remember the days when....

You could see a good action flick and there didn't have to be some form of Hard/alternative, Hip-Hop, Punk, or Hard Rock music to play during the action scenes...because we the public are just to dull witted to actually be able to stay focused without the added monotiny of constant noise/sound being pumped into our ears. Thank you producers and creators of films.

Now to go cleanse my brain from enduring Blade 3 (which I knew was a brutal film but boredom got the best of me, so I deserve this punishment).

    Cheers

of course with blade 3 you can sort of expect a soundtrack like that...

Well every movie has scoring to it especially in the main scenes but its just that the music has changed.
What would jaws have been without that ever popular dum da dum da dum da

It used to be symphonies and pianists. Now its rappers and hard core punkers.

yeah but all the good movies(aka well produced and directed) still use the symphony music to set the mood like it should be, and let the script and acting make the movie great.

Do you actually mean that New Line Pictures would try to...*gasp*...use their movie to also boost sales for one of their other divisions, New Line Records?

    The Bond movies?
I want to learn more and more to see as beautiful what is necessary in things; then I shall be one of those who make things beautiful. Amor fati: let that be my love henceforth! I do not want to wage war against what is ugly. I do not want to accuse; I do not even want to accuse those who accuse. Looking away shall be my only negation. And all in all and on the whole: some day I wish to be only a Yes-sayer.
