the closest I can get is "Dim Sum good vittles"
I ate at one in Vegas, and I really liked it. Also I ate at a place in Frisco where they put all the food your table orders on some rotary thing in the middle of the table, and everybody shares dishes. Good stuff.

It's pretty cool, a person wanders around the restaurant with a cart full of food and you get to pick out what looks good. It's actually a great way to try new dishes, because you get to pick them out based on looks rather than a name.
