Anybody Want To Do A Little Coding?

I have a link with a how to guide for adding enhanced features in IE6 (ie. Tabbed Browsing and such). The page provides the code and exactly how to code the program but the problem I have is that I don't have the software and I have no idea what I'm doing I know there are browsers out there that have all these features but.... I can't deny how nice IE works it just needs a little somethin' somethin' . Anyboby interested? We can both enjoy.

This is a Visual Basic project. You get me a copy of VB (2003 / 2005), and I'll do what you want.
