    Question DSL CONNECTION FREEZING

After I connect, I open the DOS screen and

    c:\ ping www.yahoo.com -t

I get many "Reply from 216.xx.xx.xx"which is good, but then I "Request Timed

Out" messages too... I can cruise the Internet at DSL speed, but then 5
minutes later the signal dies out. This happens off and on. This causes my browser to freeze up. Could this be due to the bandwidth?

Any help, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Need more In-form-a-tion
    Your operating system (OS)
the type of connection PPPoE or IP

If your useing PPPoE with win98SE there is a issue with it and a fix from Microsoft.
If its A static IP that you connect with it may also be easy
