    Question Rx checksum offload Tx checksum offload?

    Quick qustion Rx checksum offload and Tx checksum offload enable them both or disable them both?

    network card is a 3com...

    welcome to Speedguide
    3com 905tx or other 3com. Disabling these and setting it to T10 half duplex can speed it up just a touch to the internet.
    You may not notice the speed increase but its there.

    Question

    Sorry to bother you guys agan but i got another qustion heh...

    under my advanced settings for my network card which is a 3com 3C905C-TX theres a setting there called 802.1p support which is disabled but what i want to know is if anybody has a clue what this is and what it does and will it affect my speed in anyway if i enable it.. i havent tryed enabling it becuase i have no clue what it is any help would be great...
